• Make sure of the reserved place

  Pick up your luggage in the reserved place.

• Weight is less than 20kg

  The weight of your luggage should be less than 20kg. If it is over the limit, the service might not be available.

• The size is less than 160cm

  If the size of your luggage exceeds 160cm, extra charge might be added.

• Take a picture

  If you take a picture of your luggage before and after using this service, it will be convenient for you to get compensations.

• Keep your valuables with you

  Keep expensive smartphones, electronic devices, and valuables with you, not in the carrier.

• No dangerous items

  Explosive risky materials or perishable items are limited in this service.

• The service is revocable in case that the luggage is undeliverable due to heavy rain or snow

  If the luggage is undeliverable due to heavy rain or snow, the service can be canceled with advance contact.
